INFORMATION NOTICE

74 İSTANBUL KÜLTÜR SANAT ORGANİZASYON TASARIM VE REKLAM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, located at Arnavutköy Mah. Beyazgül Cad. No:24 Beşiktaş/İstanbul, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” provides the fundamental information regarding the protection of your personal data below. The Company presents the following explanations to inform our visitors, customers, and individuals using our website and/or mobile applications, in compliance with the obligation to inform under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). The Company reserves the right to update this Information Notice at any time in accordance with amendments to the applicable legislation.

1. Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
As a Company, we operate in compliance with legal provisions regarding the use of our customers’ personal data. Our Company acts in accordance with KVKK, which sets out the general principles for the protection of personal data, as well as Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, which imposes criminal sanctions in certain cases to protect personal data.
 The Company collects personal data to fulfill its obligations arising from the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and processes such personal data in accordance with the purposes specified in this Information Notice and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

2. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data provided through our Company’s workplaces, event venues, organization locations, websites, mobile applications, or any other channel related to Company activities are processed by the relevant departments of our Company within the scope of this Information Notice and the Company’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with your consent and legal provisions.

3. Areas of Use for Personal Data
The sharing of personal data with third parties takes place within the limits of legal provisions and with the consent of personal data subjects. As a rule, personal data is not transferred to third parties without the data subject’s explicit consent.
 However, personal data may be shared with courts and other public authorities as required by legal obligations. Additionally, to provide our committed services and ensure quality control, personal data may be transferred to contracted third parties.
 Necessary technical and legal measures are taken to prevent rights violations during data transfers to third parties. However, the Company is not responsible for any violations arising from the data protection policies of third parties and the risks within their area of responsibility.
 Your personal data may be shared with the Company’s shareholders, direct/indirect domestic or foreign affiliates, partner institutions and organizations cooperating with us, domestic and foreign persons and institutions providing cloud storage services, companies contracted for sending commercial electronic messages to our customers, the Interbank Card Center, contracted banks, and various domestic and foreign agencies, advertising companies, survey companies, and other third parties and business partners for marketing activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Personal data obtained by our Company may be processed for the following purposes:
 • To verify the identity of individuals visiting our Company’s workplaces, event locations, organization venues, websites, and/or mobile applications and those procuring products and/or services from our Company,
 • To record the addresses and other necessary contact details of individuals engaging in transactions with our Company under any service or other contractual relationship,
 • To communicate with our customers regarding the conditions, current status, and updates of contracts concluded under the Labor Law, the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Distance Sales Agreement, and the Law on the Protection of Consumers, and to provide the necessary notifications,
 • To create all records and documents forming the basis for transactions carried out in electronic (internet/mobile, etc.) or paper format,
 • To fulfill obligations undertaken under the contracts concluded pursuant to the Labor Law, the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Distance Sales Agreement, and the Law on the Protection of Consumers,
 • To provide information to public officials upon request and as required by law in matters related to public security,
 • To provide a better service and collaboration experience for our business partners, employees, and customers, to inform them about products and services of interest, to share campaigns, and to notify them about events and organizations,
 • To increase the satisfaction of customers, employees, and business partners, to recognize customers who shop through websites and/or mobile applications, to contact them directly, to ask questions within the scope of customer satisfaction, to conduct customer segmentation analysis, to use personal data for various marketing and advertising activities, and to conduct surveys electronically and/or physically through contracted institutions,
 • To provide recommendations and information about our services through our contracted institutions and solution partners,
 • To evaluate customer complaints and suggestions regarding our services,
 • To fulfill our legal obligations and exercise our rights arising from applicable legislation,
 • To prevent fraud and other illegal activities.

5. Rights of Personal Data Subjects
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:
 a) To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information if it has been processed,
 b) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
 c) To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
 d) To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,
 e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
 f) To request notification of the actions taken under (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
 g) To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
 h) To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
By contacting our Company and sharing your personal data, you consent to the collection, processing, periodic review, storage, and retention of your personal data by the Company, as well as its sharing with the institutions and organizations mentioned in Section 4 and their retention and storage of your personal data, in accordance with KVKK and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
 This information notice has been prepared to fulfill the obligation of disclosure under Article 10 of KVKK.
