LIVE GRAFFITI PERFORMANCE

FROM THE STREETS OF ISTANBUL… 10 GRAFFITI ARTISTS, 10 MEGA-BOARDS ISTANBUL’74 presents a live Graffiti performance organized by Power FM and in collaborations with ’74STUDIO and Milk Gallery. “From the streets of Istanbul” is a group show bringing together ten of the city’s most talented Graffiti artists: LAKORMIS, MURYS, HERO, OMERIA, MET, FUNK, CHOMA, TEXAS, LEO, and HURE.

For 10 days only, one artist a day will take over and transform one of the city’s key mega-boards into a work of art through a live performance. From locally renowned street artists to upcoming new talents,this show will feature 10 artists from every walk of street art and graf-art life using stencils, murals, installs and piece ups to paint the 10 mega boards in İstanbul, Turkey.

“From the streets of Istanbul” is an undertaking of ISTANBUL’74 organized by Power FM – in collaboration with ‘74STUDIO and Milk Gallery. ISTANBUL’74, whose mission is to foster creative collaborations form all around the world is undertaking a never been before attempted and curated show in İstanbul featuring young artist and gathering the two young institutions.
