How did you end up with this profession?
I always enjoyed talking to people, so it came to me pretty naturally. I started working with magazines around the world first and out of the frustration that comes along with constantly having to promote things in articles, the idea of The Talks was born. A place about the opinions of these people instead of their latest commercial endeavor.

What is the part you most like about your job?
Traveling as well as the chance to sit down with some of the most inspiring people in the world and being able to ask them whatever interests you, is pretty good.

When was the last time you felt proud of yourself and what you are doing?
I love the fact that we are actually reaching a global audience and that people from all over the world seem to care about The Talks. On the other site it is great to see that people we want to interview seem to care about the project and even the ones that hardly give interviews are willing to take part in this project.

What should we be excited about coming from you in the next couple of months?
Towards the end of the year The Talks will publish its own iPhone app in addition to the iPad app which we launched successfully last April.

What is your motto in life?
You might as well try to enjoy it.
